The staff is amazing. I had an issue with my reservation card and had a bit of a meltdown at the front desk. I was able to solve the funds issue and the Manager and Desk Lady were SO KIND. They were so gracious and helped me with everything they could. The bed and pillows are SO comfortable and I never heard traffic or a neighbor. Lastly, I wish I had brought my dog! There were treats always available which is so sweet.

Stayed in the Bay Area to get a rest from the commute back and forth to Sacramento. Check in was super easy and the lovely lady who checked me in was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. Room was nice, (bed could be slightly more comfortable) dishes were already in the kitchenette area so no need to call for anything. I will probably be back for another stay when I decide to take a break from the commute.

we had a wonderful stay. the only issue was we checked out before 11am after checking out they try changing me an extra day. 😔 I contacted the manager and they did refund me for the extra day.

No spa or pool and breakfast was cold, not buffet like we hoped and paid for , and neighbors were loud, people stomping upstairs , towels too small and my 8am wake up call came at 9am!
